Con Nicolis began his Real Estate career at the young age of 16 after school and weekends in a Property Management role following High School work experience. He began his full time career six months after completing his VCE and since then, Con has grown from strength to strength to become a well-known and respected Real Estate Agent within the industry. Was a Partner and Managing Director and Property Management Director Residential Commercial Phillips Nicholson First National. Since selling the business in 2015, Con has re-established a new boutique venture at Est8 Agent as the Managing Director and once again the Residential & Commercial Leasing and Management specialist.
