Collin Ren

As our Trust Accounts Manager, Collin collaborates closely with the Leasing & Sales team, the Administrative & Marketing team and our Property Managers, maintaining an integral role throughout the entire department in Retail and Commercial. Working closely with each stakeholder throughout a campaign by providing oversight and management of the trust account, his skills are indispensable.

With a sharp eye for detail and a profound interest in property, his clear communication style fosters effective interactions among Landlords, Tenants, and Property Managers. Spanning a range of experience through his role, he has provided financial oversight for the leasing and management of a variety of different projects, including smaller commercial assets to large-scale shopping centres such as Carmel Village Shopping Centre, Box Hill.

Possessing a Master’s in Business with a focus on Finance and a CPA in Accounting, Collin has both the experience and education to meticulously run our trust accounts department, providing oversight and management of all monies received and payable for the team. Occupying a unique role, Collin’s backbone position is the driving force for success across all departments within the RWC Sydney North team.
