Claudia is one of Yeppoon’s highest selling real estate agents for the past 18 years, 15 years of which she successfully owned and operated her own agency with a team of 22. Spanning from selling multi million dollar properties, large development sites, commercial real estate and residential properties of all shapes and sizes, Claudia has years of experience at your finger tips to navigate any sale successfully and loves to achieve new record prices for her clients.

After completing an academic degree in Business Management with a major in Marketing at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, real estate was the perfect career. Her business acumen allows Claudia to effectively negotiate the highest prices for clients, confidently handle all the contract preparations and then use her marketing degree along with her intuitive sense of the market to make sure client’s homes are properly promoted to entice as many buyers as possible to achieve a premium result.

Claudia loves real estate and has won numerous Australasian awards for excellence and her passion extends to being invited to talk on stage in Sydney and Melbourne sharing her insights to other real estate professionals to elevate the industry. Claudia has been on the advisory board of the independent Australasian Real Estate Results Network, featured in real estate podcasts and has been a coach to other real estate professionals across Australia and the United States of America and strives to improve the professionalism and standards of the real estate industry.
