From a small town in South Africa to the beautiful Fraser Coast, Claire’s journey is one of determination, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit. She began her career in real estate in 2005, but her connection to property started much earlier—helping her parents manage their investment homes, holiday accommodation in a world heritage site, and the family-owned RE/MAX office as a teenager.
In 2002, Claire immigrated and moved to Cairns, Australia, where she completed her real estate qualifications. By 2005, she was working with a national real estate brand, and by 2008, she had opened her own dream business—her first property management agency. Her dedication to honest communication and exceptional service quickly earned her a strong reputation in the local market.
After several successful years, Claire sold her business to a national brand and relocated to Hervey Bay to be closer to her family.
Building a Legacy on the Fraser Coast
Since arriving in Hervey Bay, Claire has worked with some of the region’s most respected real estate agencies, further honing her skills in property management, residential sales, and commercial leasing. In 2015, she launched her own boutique agency—Vision Property Management—combining her strong business foundations with her passion for client service.
