Chris Stewart is the Managing Director of LJ Hooker Commercial & Residential Toowoomba and South West Queensland, leading a team of more than 35 property professionals across the region. A proud third-generation real estate agent, Chris builds on the strong foundations laid by his grandparents, Claire and Pat Stewart, and his parents, Mike and Julie Stewart, who have each played significant roles in shaping the industry locally and throughout Queensland.

With over nine years of experience, Chris has established himself as a dynamic and intuitive real estate professional. He is recognised for his deep market knowledge, strategic thinking, and ability to work closely with clients to deliver outcomes that genuinely make a difference. His background as a property development manager has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of project feasibility, development processes, and stakeholder engagement—skills that continue to underpin his success.

Chris specialises in project sales and leasing, industrial sales and leasing, and maintains a strong and diverse network of developer, investor, and corporate clients across Toowoomba, Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast.
