About Chris Constantinou

For fast-moving Chris Constantinou, the speedy pace of the real estate industry is absolutely perfect. Inspired at an early age by the successes of his father (a local developer and agent), Chris moved into the industry straight from school, and by 18 was marketing and selling new homes across the south-eastern suburbs.

Initially focused on new homes and property development, Chris constructed display homes, sold dozens of house and land packages and developed a solid network of buyers, developers and investors …before deciding to focus on building his business as a Fully Licenced Agent in the established suburbs. At just 25 Chris joined Co-Directors to open their first agency in Ashburton …following up just three and five years later with 3 more agencies under the Buxton banner in Oakleigh, Mount Waverley and Camberwell.

Driven to succeed at every level, Chris’ years of experience have put the scores on the board. His offices hold a leading market share in many of their suburbs of operation, while Chris has multiple record-breaking sales to his name. Committed to achieving above-expectation results for his clients at every level of the market, Chris is just at home in an entry level apartment as a multi-million dollar luxury mansion….although he does admit his (to date) highest sale ($12.4 million for a development site) did create a little more excitement than most.

In fact, the only thing more important than real estate in Chris’ world is family. A second generation Australian born to Greek parents, business is a family affair for Chris with his wife, Mary, working alongside him, and family members and close friends on staff. With a young family of his own, Chris says now more than ever his business practices reflect the strong values of his own upbringing…an upbringing where friends become family, clients become friends and real estate is a daily passion.
