Brad Wallace

Brad is a specialist in sales and marketing and works within all departments of the organisation being Residential Sales, Business Brokering, Hotel Brokering and Commercial/Industrial Sales and Leasing.

Brad has been in real estate coming on 10 years and holds two university degrees: one being a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle and the other being a Graduate Diploma of Property from Deakin University in Melbourne. Brad is currently in the process of gaining accreditation from the Australian Property Institute (API) to become a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV). He should complete this accreditation in the next 24 months.

Being an all-rounder (fully licenced real estate agent, business/hotel broker and certified practicing valuer) Brad has a natural, friendly, easy going approach and focuses heavily on the relationship management of his clients (both vendors and buyers).

Brad is a proud long term resident of Adamstown and has sold properties and businesses all over the Hunter region including the inner city suburbs of Newcastle (Newcastle Beach, Merewether, Cooks Hill, Hamilton, Mayfield, New Lambton/Lambton, Elermore Vale, Wallsend and Fletcher just to name a few). Brad has also sold property and businesses as far South as Toronto/Belmont in the Lake Macquarie region as well as the Maitland and Coalfields area and as far North as Nelson Bay/Mid North Coast region.

In a previous work life Brad held various sales and marketing management roles with three national sporting bodies being the Newcastle Knights in the NRL, the Queensland Reds in Super Rugby and the Newcastle Jets in the A- league. Brads broader business knowledge and previous work/life experiences have played a major part in the way he presents and lists properties and/or businesses for sale.
