Brad Sheppard

Brad commenced his real estate career at Jones Lang Wootton (now JLL) in 1988. He joined McGees in 1994 and was invited to be a director in 1996, the position which he held until 2000.

Brad left McGees in 2000 to pursue other interests in small business and property development. He initially spent several years in the insurance industry running a family owned general insurance brokerage. He has hands on experience with trust accounting and client and customer management computer software.

He has hands on project management experience as the Development Manager for the 2,500 lot Fairfield Waters project in Townsville, Brad was involved with the planning, construction and delivery of over $40 million in projects over 3 years.

Brad was delighted to re-join the McGees Agency division in 2011 as the Area Specialist for Brisbane South. He assumed responsibility for the Qld Asset Management Division in 2012 and brings a wealth of property experience. Through his leadership the Asset Management business has stabilised and grown with new milestones being continually achieved.
