Growing up in the picturesque Huon Valley, she developed a deep appreciation for the local community and its unique lifestyle. Beginning her career in administration, she gained valuable experience across both sales and property management.
Ashleigh currently holds her Property Representative Licence and has built a well rounded skill set through her work as a personal assistant, as well as facilitating her own listings and sales, all while continuing to maintain her administrative responsibilities.
In 2025, Ashleigh was promoted to Administration Manager, a role that recognises her dedication, leadership, and extensive knowledge across the business. In this position, she leads all marketing activities and oversees all administrative, financial, and compliance functions, supporting both our sales and property management divisions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ashleigh also holds a Certificate III in Business, which, along with her expertise in marketing, enhances her ability to create effective strategies and deliver outstanding results.

She takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and is dedicated to assisting both clients and staff in any way possible.
