Ashlee Packard

Ashlee joined the ROSS REALTY team in May 2019 starting her real estate career as an Inspections Officer. Under the guidance of our incredible PM team, she quickly rose through the ranks to Assistant Property Manager after just 6 months. In 2021 she took the next steps into her first portfolio and has since thrived on the diverse and exciting challenges that residential property management has to offer.

Coming from a background of 10 years in the hospitality industry, enriched by her more recent real estate experience, Ashlee brings to the table a vast array of key skills and a strong focus on building trust, nurturing relationships, and negotiating positive outcomes for her clients. She values her personal development and believes a growth mindset is paramount to achieving her goals. Each problem or scenario is a puzzle waiting to be solved and is an opportunity to gain further experience and strengthen her skills and efficiency.

Ashlee is also qualified as a Mental Health First Aider and holds a First Aid & CPR Certificate.

In her spare time, she enjoys photography, going to live music gigs, hiking, gardening, crochet, and cuddling at home on the couch with her partner and two cats.
