Andy Chan

Andy’s passion for real estate is innate, with over 11 years experience in the real estate industry on the Gold Coast. He is always ready to go above and beyond. He has a pragmatic approach to life and business and always strives to achieve outstanding results with his primary focus of finding the right solution.

Andy has completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing from Bond University and is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He has over 25 years of business experience and understands the needs and challenges associated with the current business and economic climate. This business experience provides a unique perspective when applied in the real estate industry for his clients and customers.

Originally born in Malaysia, his family moved to the Gold Coast in 1981 and has seen the City’s growth over the past 42 years. Andy has an intricate knowledge of the Gold Coast’s growth corridor and together with his commercial sales and leasing experience, can assist you with a suitable strategy to achieve your desired result.

Andy is currently elected and serving his second term as a Commercial and Industrial Chapter Member for the REIQ and is passionate about raising the standards and giving back to the industry. He is also the Chair of the Broadbeach Business Collective working with key stakeholders and business leaders in the Broadbeach precinct to collaborate with Gold Coast City Council to assist in resolving some of the challenges being faced by the community. Andy was honoured and humbled to receive a Heart of Australia Award in 2022 presented by Rotary for his contributions to the community.

Andy focuses on the sales and leasing of commercial assets on the Gold Coast. He has been a trusted real estate advisor to multiple organisations closing deals for Australia Post, Griffith University Student Guild, ASX listed Healius Pathology, and Classic Holidays to name a few.
