Andrew Burke

Andrew has worked in the property industry since 1998 and his broad range of experience brings meaningful solutions to the needs of his clients.

The vast majority of Andrew’s experience has been in sales (all property asset types) but has also included a development role for an institutional REIT and a consulting role at an investment and development advisory firm. In addition, Andrew’s background includes 4 years working and living in Asia. In Andrew’s time with Ray White Special Projects (QLD), he has concluded well over 130 transactions.

Andrew’s role concentrates on the sales of :

-residential development sites (subdivisions sites, broad acre land holdings, and medium and high density residential units/townhouse sites)

-sale of residential investments (blocks of flats / units, student accommodation, boarding houses, supported accommodation facilities)
