Allison is a Director at First National Neilson Partners, bringing over 30 years of experience to the real estate industry since 1994. She has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the Property Management Division, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and leadership skills.

A fully licensed agent, Allison’s career spans a wide range of roles, including Sales Professional, Auctioneer, Property Manager, Department Manager, and Rental Division Leader and Director. As one of the longest-standing members of the Neilson Partners team, she has gained invaluable expertise, culminating in her recognition as the Victorian Property Manager of the Year for the First National Group during her tenure overseeing a significant Residential and Commercial portfolio.

Allison is dedicated to providing exceptional property management solutions and client satisfaction across the Casey and Cardinia regions.
