Alicia started her real estate career in 2011 and has an extensive background in finance, accounting and business. It’s important to Alicia that clients receive honest and comprehensive advice when discussing their property requirements.
The decision to buy, sell or lease a property is a major decision for any client, so it’s imperative that they engage their appropriate advisors before signing the dotted line on a contract.
Alicia has passion and drive for her business. She understands the impact and opportunity created through investment in digital technology and marketing.

Building a team of suitably qualified people to assist each of their clients has enabled the LOCATIONS estate agents brand to gain significant market share in the Gladstone region. The team share the core values of transparency, integrity, respect, resourcefulness, community, communication and results. In 2020, Alicia has teamed up with Donnella Merrett as her Executive PA & Sales Specialist.
Alicia is the founder and facilitator of #renovate4680, Gladstone’s only renovation competition. The competition commenced in 2017 and aims to promote the local supply chain and community spirit through renovation projects of individuals and businesses.
Alicia is currently the REIQ Zone Chair for Gladstone. She was previously awarded the Best in Business Award for Real Estate 2014, and shortlisted as Business Leader of the Year in 2020.
Alicia was a finalist for the AIM Young Manager of the Year Award 2013 and awarded as the AIM 30 Under 30 Managers 2015. Alicia was also fortunate to work with some of the real estate industry’s top agents nationally as part of the Elite Agent Transform Master Leadership program.
She is a member of the Gladstone Chamber of Commerce (GCCI) and a member of the Passport Rotary Club. Alicia has also been featured on Real Estate Pros Podcast by Stepps in January 2015.

- I was selected as one of the Elite Agent MagazineTransform Masters for their 2017 Leadership Program. This is a very exciting coaching and development program only offered to 6 agents across Australia.
- LOCATIONS estate agents won the Gladstone Observer 'Best in Business Award' 2014 for Real Estate which was a fantastic result given this was voted on by our local community and customers.
- Personally I have also been shortlisted as an AIM Young Manager of the Year Finalist 2013 and made the cut for the AIM 30 UNDER 30 Managers list in 2015.
