Alice Ridgway

Alice is a highly experienced Residential Property Manager who has worked in Real Estate in the Toowoomba area for the past 15 years. Alice has a keen interest and passion for all things Real Estate with her focus on both Residential Property Management and Commercial Leasing and Sales. Prior to this she worked in the Beauty & Fashion Industry and commenced studies in Interior Design.

Alice believes property management is more than collecting rent, it’s the active improvement of a property to develop value for its owners, whilst fostering genuine relationships with all clients, both property investors, and tenants alike. Alice is driven by the satisfaction in being able to meet all of her client's real estate needs and finding solutions to any problem she is presented with.

Alice grew up in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterlands before moving to the Darling Downs Region as her family expanded their equestrian interests. When Alice is not busy with her young family, she still enjoys equestrian sports and teaming up with her husband to further develop their expanding local business.
