Alex Vicario

Avalon and Alex exude enthusiasm, empathy and professionalism for all involved in the sales process. They have an ability to put their clients at ease and understand not only the technical aspect of a sale but the emotional journey that is experienced as well.

As keen property investors, as well as having renovated and sold several of their own properties adds to their extensive knowledge and experience in the sales, marketing and building/construction areas.

Alex has a background in aviation, having spent over twenty five years as an airline pilot. He brings the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines, while bringing teamwork and effective communication to his role in real estate. He has worked interstate and overseas, and has backgrounds in construction, commercial real estate, and house and land development.

Being parents to three boys, they love all that comes with living on the Gold Coast, and are passionate about seeing their clients and customers achieve their property goals.
