Alex Hezari

Alex has been the Director of Taylor Nicholas Hills District since 2010 and has represented organisations such as Kennards Property, Goodman Property, ANZ and Hyundai. Alex has been in the real estate industry since 2004. He began his career as a property manager for a local agency in North West Sydney.

Alex is an expert in all types of commercial, industrial and retail property and displays exceptional sales and negotiation skills. He is a qualified property valuer, an expert in selling and leasing with a solid background and comprehensive knowledge of property management. He is driven to provide exceptional service to each and every one of his clients by providing timely, professional and honest advice.

Alex studied Commerce at the University of Western Sydney and majored in Property Economics. The property market never stands still for long and Alex undertakes ongoing training with many reputable institutions including Real Estate Institute (REI) NSW.

Alex lives in the Hills area and is a familiar face at local business networking functions, such as the Sydney Hills Business Chamber and NSW Business Chamber events.
