Aimee Siekierka

Aimee has been part of the Ray White Canning River family since 2011 and knows the business inside and out. After almost a decade in real estate, she stepped back in 2020 following the arrival of her and Cameron’s first child but continued to support the team behind the scenes, managing much of the office’s financial side.

When Karen and Michael Smart transitioned out of the business in October 2025, Aimee returned in a more hands-on role as General Office Manager, bringing her trademark organisation, calm nature, and genuine care for the team.

Outside the office, Aimee’s world revolves around her family. Whether it’s exploring new destinations or planning the next family adventure, her love for travel and creating memories shines through in everything she does.
