Adrian Rowse

I am a National Director of Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets ANZ at Cushman & Wakefield and based in the Sydney office. With 20 years experience in the property industry across multiple states, my focus is on investment grade industrial transactions of which I have transacted in excess of $9Billion sales since the beginning of 2016. Specialising in investment grade and portfolio divestment, I have represented a range of private investors, syndicates, corporates, institutional clients and local and international buyers and sellers.

With a formal education and a Bachelor of Business (Property) degree, my technical expertise, valuation skill set and understanding of investment drivers enables me to provide detailed feasibility and cash flow modelling to my clients and demonstrate how the value of the asset can be maximised.
