To say Adam Smith has had an interesting a varied background is an understatement!

Adam has toured Australia as a Flying Trapeze Artist and Circus Acrobat, worked as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot in Queensland and Co-Founded a UK based paintball business, building it to a 150-person sales team across 13 offices within two years.

Since 2006 Adam has been dedicated to commercial property sales and leasing, in both Brisbane and Perth markets Adam has experienced every type of sales and leasing transaction imaginable.

Adam joined Altegra Property Group in 2008 and he heads up the Sales & Leasing team as a Director of the business.

Adam is a highly skillful negotiator that has built a loyal and extensive client based around Perth CBD and fringe markets. His depth of experience and acumen proves advantageous to Altegra’s top clients with his ability to apply innovative solutions to challenges as they arise.
