Adam Grbcic

Adam Grbcic is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who specialises in Commercial property sales including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, special purpose assets and development sites across the Gold Coast.

Working alongside his father Tony Grbcic, the duo brings more than 40 years’ experience to the table, making them a formidable force in the commercial real estate arena. Adam holds a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development, majoring in Property Valuation from Bond University. Adam’s ability to generate appraisals based on fact, logic and knowledge, rather than opinion, is an asset to his clients and buyers.

A decade-long career in real estate has led Adam to amass more than $500m in sales, achieved through a growing portfolio of successful deals and high-profile campaigns. Over the past nine months, the Grbcics have handled sales totalling $94,568,182 inside The Lakes development in Mermaid Waters, including the $45,800,000 sale of The Lanes Retail Resort.

The $42,300,000 sale of the Greenmount Beach Hotel site at 3 Hill Street, Coolangatta, in January 2021 was another career highlight for the Grbcics. A three-week campaign attracted more than 180 enquiries and 12 offers leading to a cash-unconditional sale.

To better service a growing clientele, the Grbcics have expanded their team to include Executive Assistant Sandy Palmer and Commercial Analyst Adam Samalens. Adam Grbcic was awarded the Commercial Agent of the Year at the 2024 Queensland Real Estate Industry Awards.

When Adam isn’t closing multi-million dollar deals, he likes to keep fit on the soccer field and partaking in watersports. The Grbcics are avid supporters and sponsors of the Gold Coast Knights Soccer Club.
