Christen Sims makes the wheels of the Laing+Simmons Mount Druitt office turn. Since 2008, she has been a vital cog in our operations and much of our award-winning success can be attributed to her.
It’s difficult to define where Christen’s role begins and ends. She’s an Office Manager who is so much more. In addition to operational and team management, Christen is responsible for maintaining our structure, facilitating growth, recruiting the best people and providing leadership to the team. She also oversees the property management function.
Having a detailed understanding of the market and the industry helps. Christen’s background covers property sales, property management and real estate office administration. But it’s her life experience that we really depend upon.
A mum of two beautiful kids, Christen personifies what our family business is about. She is the office go-to person whose dedication goes above and beyond. Whenever the team needs support, professionally and sometimes even personally, Christen is there.
A true local, Christen is born, raised and educated in the community and is now raising her own family locally.
