Wayne has a long history of running his own businesses. He has worked in many diverse industries and it is these experiences which have seen him dedicate his to pursuit of success. After getting into real estate in 2006 and working for several years under another director, Wayne seized the opportunity to take over the business in 2010 and happily admits he is “Still in my first real estate appointment”. There is no question about Waynes work ethic, he has spent countless late nights putting together deals for grateful clients and his results speak for themselves with a long list of record sales prices across many areas. Wayne is pro active, friendly and disarming which is an absolute advantage during a tough negotiation which often sees him and his clients come out on top.
