Sam is a keen cyclist and has many other hobbies and interests including most sports – especially wakeboarding and snowboarding. He is also a movie buff as well as being a keen musician having played guitar since he was old enough to hold one! However, the pastime that gives Sam the most pleasure is spending time with his family.

Sam and his wife Natalie have been married for over 21 years and are the proud parents of three gorgeous kids – Zali (20 years), Jaden (18 years), and April (16 years).
