Andrew Tolson

Andrew offers extensive experience in the elite Toorak property market. He currently holds the record for the highest Melbourne residential property sale of $24 million and the highest residential sale for 2011 of $14.5 million.

His expertise gained over 27 years is not restricted to houses, having sold $30 million worth of luxury apartments in the last 12 months. Prior to Andrew's career in real estate and managing the Toorak office, he worked in the construction industry, which involved large developments including major shopping centres, and high-rise office and apartment buildings.
