With a wealth of experience gained through a long and distinguished career, Andrew has overseen the development of Frank Dowling Real Estate into one of Moonee Valley’s most esteemed and enduring businesses. And having lived in the area for over 30 years, Andrew has an unrivalled knowledge of Moonee Valley – its people, its unique assets, and most certainly its real estate values.

Italian born, Andrew became involved in the local real estate scene shortly after arriving in Australia back in 1973. With commitment and eagerness in equal measure, Andrew quickly gained a successful reputation in the industry, and wide-spread respect through the community. Within two years he, along with Frank Dowling, opened the doors of their very own agency.

Andrew’s strong sense of integrity and unending motivation has always endeared him to vendors, which is reflected in the large amount of repeat and referral business he continues to obtain. And with daughter Jane now leading of the Frank Dowling team, the Lonzi name is sure to become even more recognized and respected into the future.
