Karen Lao Larcan began her real estate career in 1994 and has since accumulated a remarkable degree of skills, all of which she humbly delivers to her role of sales, leasing and property management at Fringe Commercial. Karen is also a resident of Pyrmont for over ten years and a former local restaurant owner for six years.
