Anthony is one of those people who has contributed enormously to the growth and stability of the Lin Andrews Group of Companies. An Architectby profession… Graduate of the University of Adelaide… Anthony has worked in several countries outside of Australia with a particular interest in Planning Laws in developing countries.

The Lin Andrews Property Group provides a commercial property management service which benefits both Lessors (Landlords) and Lessees (Businesses which occupy Commercial Real Estate). Sometimes Lessees cannot find the best property for the needs of their organisation. These people look to the Lin Andrews Property Group to design – develop – lease (to them) the property of their specification to achieve the outcomes to which they are committed. This is Anthony’s area of specialty!

Land in the correct location… land zoned correctly for planning purposes… land priced correctly so that the end product is sustainable for owner and occupier (lessor and lessee)… Anthony is the man who puts pen to paper and creates an end product which meets the needs of the long term lessee. Sometimes funding falls outside of the resources of the Lin Andrews Group. This is where Anthony again comes to the table by putting together small syndicates of people who choose to own property in preference to other forms of investment.
