Her exceptional organisational and communication skills are a result of managing a business, and she ensures client satisfaction for both landlords and tenants alike. Rawand was recognised as an Outstanding PIM Individual at the Regional Awards 2015 and was the Winner of Top Business Development Property Investment Manager 2015/2016 in Victoria/Tasmania.

Prior to commencing work in the Real Estate industry, Rawand gained a wealth of experience and knowledge working in the community services sector and with a background in psychology, she is able to identify and resolve issues promptly and professionally. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with loved ones.
