Zora Liu & Alan Gu

Zora Liu joined LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills in 2003, becoming a member of the Captains Club within a year and excelling in all aspects of real estate ever since. Trustworthy, motivated, and hardworking, Zora always gives her all to ensure a positive result for her buyers and sellers. This resulted in her becoming an office partner in 2008, and Zora maintaining her trend of achieving record sales, all whilst guiding countless new agents to reach their own potential.

Zora has continued to maintain her membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Captains Club since 2006, becoming an International Gold Medallist in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2021. In 2014, Zora was also named Queensland’s Top Agent, and in 2016 was recognised as the LJ Hooker World Champion Salesperson for Gross Commission.

In 2023, Zora joined forces with Alan Gu and began working in partnership with him to offer their clients a premium level of service.

Extensive experience as a retail sales manager and a keen ability for negotiating meant that Alan Gu had the skills and knowledge required to be successful in partnership with Zora Liu. With a bachelor’s degree in interior design, his vendors are also at a distinct advantage when it comes to receiving his expert advice during the selling process.

Driven to succeed, Alan always has his eye on the goal and continually pushes to achieve the best results for his and Zora’s clients. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Alan is indispensable as he’s able to communicate efficiently with a wider range of potential buyers, helping his sellers achieve maximum results.
