I’ve been in the property industry for more than 25 years, and during that time I’ve worked across Property Management, Conveyancing and Banking. Having experience in different areas has given me a solid understanding of how the industry works and how to support both owners and tenants in a practical, realistic way.
As the Licensee, I focus on keeping things running smoothly and making sure our clients feel looked after, but just as importantly, I make sure our team feels supported. The industry has gone through plenty of changes and challenging times over the years, and I take pride in guiding and backing my property managers so they always feel confident and equipped to do their jobs well.
My approach is straightforward — be upfront, approachable and hands-on. If something needs attention, I get involved rather than wait for it to resolve itself. I enjoy helping investment owners feel secure and informed about their property, and I take pride in delivering a service that is consistent, reliable and honest. At the same time, I know how important it is that tenants feel respected and treated fairly, and I work hard to make sure everyone has a positive experience.
