Carol Fung

Carol Fung's ninteen years experience in Real Estate has seen her excel in many sectors of this diverse industry. She began working in commercial leasing in Hong Kong before specialising in prestige residential leasing and building management with Savills. Carol then joined MICM where she was responsible for handling a portfolio of over 300 properties. Since relocating to Sydney, her management and leadership skills have seen her become a key member of the Property Management team at Raine & Horne City Living where she was instrumental in them winning multiple awards. Already holding a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Carol is also a Justice of the Peace and a licensed Real Estate Agent. As a property owner herself, she has a personal empathy and understanding of the needs of both landlords and tenants and the importance of an experienced Property Manager who is reliable, interested and knowledgeable. Carol is multilingual and also speak Cantonese & Mandarin.

Carol brings a commitment to her role as Licensee-In-Charge and Senior Property Manager for Raine & Horne City Living which is rarely seen in property management. This commitment is built into the ethos of the entire property management team. Her bubbly and easy-going nature combined with her interest in listening and understanding her clients is a key to Carol's success.
