Peter Coles started his real estate selling career in 1994 and looking back attributes this to the direct involvement in his own property developments. During this time Peter has proven himself to be trustworthy, honest and reliable.
Peter has sold and negotiated the purchase of hundreds of residential, project developments including land sales and a number of commercial properties during this time. Peter spent 5 years working for a well known real estate company specializing in project developments and offshore sales with regular property exhibitions. It was here that Peter received strong in house training to improve his skills. Moving on in his career with other agencies, Peter continued selling residential property and was able to build strong relationships with local and South East Asian developers resulting in attending numerous property exhibitions in Jakarta and beyond.
With a top sale of $4,500,000 Peter has proven himself more than capable of negotiating in the best interests of sellers and buyers alike and looks forward to representing the next client in the same fashion.
When not selling real estate Peter loves traveling the world with his wife and children.
