At just 22 years of age, Carol Witheriff purchased her first property and renovated it herself, igniting a love of all aspects of real estate.

Prior to joining the LJ Hooker Kingscliff team in 2011, Carol managed private investment properties to amass a sizable private company portfolio. As a by-product of this experience, Carol has extensive knowledge in renovating and upgrading properties to take to market, & enjoys assisting clients in expediting this process through a trusted network of experienced tradespeople and service providers.

Since joining LJ Hooker Kingscliff, Carol has built up a diverse client base thanks to her enthusiasm, energy and integrity.

As well as holding a Real Estate Agent’s License, Carol is a qualified Accountant & a qualified teacher. Her diverse range of experience brings an invaluable understanding of the financial investment aspects faced by her clients & her clear & concise communication skills allows her to bring vendors & buyers together to achieve outstanding results.

Over the course of her career she has gathered great insight into the local real estate market and amassed a diverse contact base in the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast regions, including council, government and business sectors.

Carol’s honest & humble approach, detailed eye for preparing & marketing properties coupled with her ability to match buyers to properties has brought optimal results continually for her vendors.
