Tim Noonan

Tim is a licensed real estate agent and the founding director of Noonan Property. Tim has approximately 20 years experience in a variety of property markets, including commercial, residential and retail. Prior to establishing Noonan Property, Tim managed the Sales & Investment Department at Cushman & Wakefield Sydney (formerly known as Laing & Simmons Commercial), focusing on commercial sales within the Sydney CBD. Tim’s skill in devising marketing strategies for sales and leasing campaigns has earned him the reputation of being one of Sydney’s leading agents with an excellent success record.
