Ian’s role at Knight Frank centres on leasing major office assets for both private and institutional clients as well as providing strategic asset management consultancy for major clients.
Much of Ian’s time is taken up with new office developments, including advising clients specific construction needs and locations to build, appointing and briefing legal teams and working closely with owners and development managers to develop office buildings which will be sought after by tenants. He secures suitable tenants, negotiates the commercial terms and liaises with all parties to produce the necessary documentation required. Ian is currently working with several major office building developers in Perth to secure suitable anchor tenants.
