Commenced career in 1997

My career commenced with strata management which I found complexly diverse and exciting, this led to my yearning to learn more about commercial / industrial property management. Once achieving my advanced Property Management Certificate at TAFE I decided my passion was residential property management, and have never regretted that commitment.

I strongly believe that this customer service oriented part of the real estate industry has many rewards when approached with industry knowledge, honesty, commitment and enthusiasm, you can really make a difference for owners and tenants alike. The aim of successful property management is to provide owners with the highest possible return on their investment whilst maintaining their home in the best possible condition, and in my experience I have never found that an unachievable goal using the vast resources and excellent dedicated trades people that our wonderful city has an abundance of (when you know where to look).

Bottom line is that I really do get an overwhelming sense of pride and satisfaction from this profession that I have chosen.
