Christian Bartley is the Founder and Managing Director of Bellarine Property.

A Licensed Estate Agent, beginning his Real Estate Career in Ocean Grove in 2002, he has only ever worked on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Christian has been the house Auctioneer for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal in 2013/14/15/16/17.

Christian is also recognised in the industry as a Real Estate Trainer and is often sharing and educating agents in Australia & New Zealand with his techniques, business culture, structure, creative innovation and passion of great service for clients which has built the name Bellarine Property to be what it is today.

Christian developed the first complete Team Business Real Estate Agency in Australia and is often assisting other agents & agencies to create a better system for buyers and sellers opposed to the traditional system.

Combining an easy going nature, a quick and ready sense of humor and an ethic for hard work with impeccable professionalism, finely honed negotiation skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Christian is a giver and has always been a large contributor to the community. He is involved in many charity fundraising events being guest auctioneer and also sponsors schools and local sporting clubs.

In his spare time he likes to get out and enjoy the outdoors through surfing, playing golf, running and enjoying time with his wife and 3 sons.
