Mark joined his father Paul Cribbon at Sullivan’s West in City Beach in 2003. Mark was given a quick apprenticeship and within 12 months he had achieved the highest sales volume by a Rookie in the history of the company. By the following 12 months Mark was acting Principal of Sullivan’s West. The sales accolades did not stop there.
Mark set new benchmarks for pricing especially in Wembley Downs. Within 3 years Mark had achieved multiple $1m sales in the area, this was the first time any sales agent achieved these levels.
In 2007 Mark started to shape the Property Management department into a new dynamic that was not on offer in the industry. This was achieved by a 7 day a week service mentality and the early adoption of an online presence. By 2008 Mark had purchased the business and rebranded to West Coast Real Estate.
Over the many years Mark has enjoyed sales success which has been recognised by REIWA as regular achiever in the 25-30 Million Dollar Club.
"I have sold property from Walpole in the South/West to Yanchep in the North to Mundaring in the East. As well as this I own and manage West Coast Real Estate, I have also successfully carried out over 15 developments. All this experience has given me a greater understanding of various forms of property which benefits my clientele."
