John Luschwitz

John founded Luschwitz Real Estate with his father Henry in 1969 in Pymble and became the licensee in 1977. He grew up in St Ives, and after raising his family in Gordon currently resides in Wahroonga.

John’s depth of knowledge of the North Shore property market, both current and historical is arguably unrivalled and his name is synonymous with North Shore property dealings. He is an expert negotiator who manages all transactions calmly and professionally always looking after his Vendors, but importantly never forgetting that trust from the Buyer is paramount.
