Claudia Worland draws on a strong foundation in property economics and hands-on CBD leasing experience, bringing a considered and highly organised approach to each engagement. Claudia works closely with landlords, tenants and consultants to deliver clear, commercially focused outcomes. Her approach extends beyond traditional agency functions, with a strong emphasis on understanding occupier requirements and supporting leasing strategies through targeted marketing, fit-out advice and stakeholder coordination.

Having progressed through Trident Property Advisory from Property Intern to Executive, Claudia has been directly involved in the leasing and repositioning of a broad range of Brisbane CBD and fringe office assets. She has worked across speculative fit-outs and whole-building leasing strategies, supporting both private and institutional owners.
