Underpinning Karen’s success is an exceptional academic and technical foundation rarely matched in the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Property Valuation providing her with genuine insight into the complexities of property values and the valuer’s perspective. She is also an accredited Auctioneer, and has completed both a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment and a Master’s Degree in Property Development equipping her with a sophisticated, end-to-end understanding of property from acquisition through to development and sale.
