Mark brings a unique blend of architectural expertise and construction knowledge. A University of South Australia graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture and Construction Management, he previously worked as a Design and Building Consultant with prestigious companies including Sterling Homes, Metricon Homes, and Lofty Building Group.

In 2020, Mark launched That Retro Man, his successful mid-century furniture restoration business, just five minutes down O’Connell Street from Stadium Real Estate. Through this venture, Mark developed invaluable skills in business management, marketing, and brand development. His entrepreneurial experience, combined with a deep local knowledge as a long-time North Adelaide resident, provides Mark with exceptional insight into what makes properties in this region truly special.

Currently completing his Real Estate Licence, Mark’s approach centres on genuine passion for each listing he represents. It’s about honouring sellers’ treasured memories while helping buyers understand not just what they’re purchasing, but how they’ll live: creating meaningful connections between people and properties.

Outside work, Mark indulges his passion for Italian automotive excellence, particularly Alfa Romeos, competing in events like the Adelaide Rally and at Shell V-Power Motorsport Park. A wine aficionado, he appreciates the finer things in life and enjoys local South Australian vintages.
