Courtney Kaczmar

In my role as a Property Management Associate at LJ Hooker Lake Macquarie, I am responsible for assisting clients with applications & inspections, supporting our property management team and ensuring our clients have a smooth leasing experience.

My career began In the fast-food industry where I was for 4 years managing a team, providing me with skills to leave my role as a manager and take on a new role in the Real Estate industry.

In 2024, I was offered an opportunity to join the team at LJ Hooker, where I have gained knowledgeable experience about the industry. What I love about my job is the amazing team we have and always being able to help other staff members and clients. Each day always brings something new to learn and new challenges and opportunities to face, which always keeps me more motivated to come to work.

Outside of work, I love going to the gym, spending quality time with my family and going on spontaneous adventures with my partner.
