Rick is a highly proactive and analytical leasing agent with a proven track record of delivering quality leasing outcomes. He is responsible for the strategy and growth of Colliers WA Office Leasing team.

Rick's deep understanding of the Perth office market, combined with his analytical approach and client-focused mindset, enhance our ability to drive exceptional results. Prior to joining Colliers in 2025, he successfully led the WA office leasing team of a global competitor, winning 'Team of the Year' in 2024 and awarded 'Excellence in Agency' in 2023. Rick commenced his commercial property career in 2011 as a commercial property valuer, prior to specialising in the leasing of office assets.

Rick has represented the largest institutional grade clients in Perth in both a sole and joint agent capacity, whilst maintaining a strong relationship with private owners, local syndicators and developers.
