Born in India, UJ was raised in a family of real estate developers, where she gained early exposure to property markets, investments, and the importance of strong client relationships.
Inspired by her father’s dedication to the industry, she developed a deep-rooted passion for real estate that continues to drive her today.
UJ moved to Australia to pursue a Master’s in Business Analytics at Deakin University, while working part-time as a Sales Consultant. In this role, she discovered her natural talent for sales and customer engagement, developing a deep understanding of client needs and the importance of tailored solutions.
This passion for connecting with people led her to B2B sales at MYOB, where she specialized in SaaS solutions, refined her negotiation expertise, and gained valuable insights into market trends.
When the opportunity arose to transition into real estate, UJ seized it without hesitation—combining her lifelong passion for property with her analytical mindset and sales expertise. Today, she is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the property market with confidence, providing strategic insights, data-driven advice, and a client-first approach.
