Kevin Young

Kevin Young is a Licensed Real Estate agent with over 20 years selling experience. Having begun his real estate career in February 1996 in the Toowong and Indooroopilly area with a Prominent Local Agent Kevin relocated to the Northside of Brisbane in 2000 working initially in the Chermside Area.

Over the years Kevin has sold various types of both residential property including Units, Townhouses and Houses. He has also had a keen interest in development properties including Unit and Townhouse Sites and Block of Units and Flats, having sold a number in the recent years.

Since 2000 Kevin spent 3 years managing a Real Estate business in Chermside before accepting a sales position in Harcourts Aspley. To date, this has lead to a further 4 years of sales in Aspley and the surrounding suburbs.

Having worked in all types of markets, from rapidly rising markets, falling and static markets Kevin is well equipped to advise you on the sale of your home. He has also attended many sales training events and is widely read in the areas of sales and negotiation. Having attended many sales training events Kevin also has property management experience and is acutely aware of the need to provide the best level of service to all clients including Tenants and Landlords.

In the past roles he has been recognized for his sales and service efforts completing training courses and winning several Awards. With many years of experience Kevin has dedicated himself to providing a level of service to his clients above and beyond expectation.
