Andrew began his real estate career in April 2000 with James Dean Residential as a Sales Consultant. Since beginning his real estate career, Andrew has developed a thorough understanding of not only the industry and sales market but also the maintenance aspect of houses through countless building and pest inspections. Andrew joins our Property Management team as the Property Maintenance Manager, which is a position dedicated to conducting our routine maintenance inspections. In this specialised position, Andrew will ensure that you’re your property is always well maintained and advise you of any maintenance which is required or noted from the inspection as well as advise you of any preventative maintenance that your property may require. Andrew will also ensure that your tenants are adhering to their tenancy obligations and advise you of any issues in this regard should they arise. After an owner has approved an application, Andrew will carry out the Entry Condition Report prior to tenants taking possession, and the Exit Condition Report after tenants have vacated the property.
