Audrey Chalmers

Audrey joined Pulse Property Agents with a strong passion for real estate and a commitment to making a positive impact in the Sutherland Shire, where she has lived her whole life.  Alongside earning her real estate registration and a Certificate III in Business Services, she completed a research project on gender inequality in residential real estate, reflecting her commitment to both professional growth and meaningful change in the industry.

Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Audrey is deeply involved in her community, having participated in initiatives like Sutherland to Surf, Postcards for Honour, and advocating for improved road safety in the district. Her dedication was recognized with a nomination for Young Citizen of the Year 2025 in the Sutherland Shire.
