A career spanning multiple states and diverse roles within the industry, his journey began as property manager at a boutique agency in South Yarra, Victoria in 2008. After eight years in property management in Victoria and Queensland, he transitioned into sales and then as the business performance manager for Harcourts Queensland. In this role, Troy worked closely with hundreds of sales agents and some of Queensland’s largest offices on their growth strategy.
As the General Manager for Harcourts Inner East Troy’s focus is our people and clients. Supporting the growth and development of our people to reach their ambitions. And ensuring we continue to provide exceptional experiences for our clients.
